With more than 10 years of experience in complex project management, Cristina is passionate for project management, especially using agile approaches as a means to optimize time and resources.Currently she manages a team of 20+ developing Meo TV. With a degree in Management, a graduation at Universidade Católica Portuguesa and two project management certifications, blogger and writer, married and mother of two, she often participates as speaker/host in public interest events.

João started his career in 2000, at the height of the dot-com bubble. That enlightening experience led him to the conclusion that agile practices (and now DevOps) are the best way to respond to the business needs of almost all organizations. He currently is IT manager at a large portuguese bank, where he helps to remove all friction that may hinder development teams fast pace.
João Rodrigues started his career in 1999 as a C and C++ software developer. The first 8 years working for a large traditional multi-national gave him a deep waterfall practices knowledge. He leveraged this experience to better understand the benefits of the Agile Movement and how to break the wall between business and development to reduce the software cost creep. After 8 more years working as a software development consultant applying agile methodologies, João started his latest professional journey 3 years ago at OutSystems. His is now playing the role of DevOps Practice Lead focusing on delivering better low-code software faster.

Full-time, 14-years-in-the-making, software engineer with a DevOps and Craftsmanship mindset. Previously, I worked mainly as a dev freelancer, but also as a consultant, school teacher, media producer and project manager. I’m a very big fan of TDD as a development practice, very fond of microservices, of automating as much as possible in the dev, build and deploy pipeline, but also in finding ways to augment individual and team learning experiences.
Miguel Antunes is a DevOps advocate and an active member of the DevOps community in Portugal. Passionate about software engineering practices, he sees in DevOps a way to maximize business impact by promoting engineering excellence through the entire software lifecycle. He was part of establishing the DevOps and Continuous Delivery mindset at OutSystems R&D, which reshaped the way we think about and deliver products.
