Incorporating Scrum practices in DevOps teams presents several issues: the nature of our work is much more interrupt-driven; our work can often be full of unknowns; and a dedicated Product Owner / SME on all things DevOps is hard to come by. Even in the presence of a Scrum Master, the task of organizing and running sprints becomes seemingly impossible. But do not despair! The fight is far from over. Like any organization adopting Scrum, you can Scrum with a healthy dose of patience, and willingness to experiment.
