Martin Schildroth has worked in manufacturing for 27 years. He has managed quality, engineering and operations, and has experience with lean transformation in manufacturing. Martin has transformed a manufacturing facility from using Make to Stock (MTS) to using Make to Order (MTO) production, and has experience using lean tools.

Martin has a Bachelor’s from Iowa State University and Master’s from Drake University.
