Nedbank DevOps journey included testing the concepts and tooling with selected teams. We have established a practice, a DevOps culture and exciting tools. It is now time to scale the practice and embrace different challenges that marries the culture of DevOps to traditional elements of an established organisation. The standardisation of the practice needs to be balanced with with what is best for a squad.
